Lori Ann Hicks ‘ Masasyu Malamutes – Snow!
We got 4″ of snow from 11a-5pm and it’s supposed to keep snowing until midnight. The Masasyu dogs are not phased at all, it’s just a dusting to what they are used to.
John Henry is now ‘kennel manager’ for the uphill Wayeh kennels, too. Sweet Crow gives kisses freely through the fence. Goose likes to Goose and dance for treats. Mr Lee is always on the move, drive-by kisses are his specialty. Kitty is a love, pure and simple. Hammer wants to be friends desperately because that means treats! Amelia is making friends and now asking for pats.
But the best news is that now-spayed Angel is nearly finished with her Doxycycline treatment for Lyme disease and has no swelling in that once-gimpy knee and is fully using it. Lyme can cause joint pain, we are almost finished treating the Lyme, and she is athletic and bouncing, even while leash walked and crate rested. I am so encouraged by this.
