1/4c fruits - applesauce, over-ripe bananas, or blueberries
2 eggs WITH SHELLS
1 heaping tbsp Nupro
1/4 tsp Raspberry seed powder (antioxidant)
50mg zinc

Friday

1 15oz can fish (salmon, mackerel, sardines)
