    Chicken quarters, chicken backs, pork necks, turkey wings, turkey necks
Meat (muscle)
    ground beef, gr. turkey, gr. lamb, gr. pork, beef heart, stew meat
Fish
    canned salmon, canned sardines, canned mackerel
Organs
    Liver, kidneys, brains
Eggs
    nearly perfect protein with shells add calcium without phosphorus
Vegetables
    Leafy greens - collards, mustards, turnips, kale, spinach
    Orange - carrots, cooked sweet potato, pumpkin
Fruit
    ripe apples, ripe bananas, applesauce, blueberries
Wild Salmon Oil
    has the lowest levels of PCPs. (Sam's Club/Wal-Mart has 1000mg Fish Oil - salmon, anchovy, sardines, herring, mackerel)
Nupro
    liver, kelp, bee pollen, nutritional (not brewer's) yeast, flax, lecithin, garlic, & acidophilus
Raspberry Seed Powder
