This is how it works here:
Tom T. is a 100lb neutered Malamute. He eats apx 2% of his body weight depending on the season and work load: (Printable Version)

Diet for 100lb neutered male - 2%

PLUS: 4000mg wild salmon oil, 400IU Vit E
W 2lbs Raw Meaty Bones (RMB) Pork necks or whole rabbit

R 1c beef heart

1/4c pulverized ORANGE veggies - pumpkin, carrots, cooked sweet potato
1/4c fruits - applesauce, over-ripe bananas, blueberries
2 eggs WITH SHELLS
PLUS: 1 heaping tbsp Nupro, 1/4 tsp Raspberry seed powder, 50mg zinc
F 1 15oz can fish (salmon, mackerel, sardines)
1/2c pulverized GREEN veggies - collard greens, mustard greens, turnip greens, spinach, kale, romaine, sweet peas, zucchini, acorn squash, etc.
1/4c pulverized ORANGE veggies - pumpkin, carrots, cooked sweet potato
1/4c fruits - applesauce, over- ripe bananas, blueberries
2 eggs WITH SHELLS
PLUS: 1 heaping tbsp Nupro, 1/4 tsp Raspberry seed powder, B-50 complex
S-S 3 1/2-4c kibble
PLUS: 1 heaping tbsp Nupro

You could feed this in any arrangement.  Some say don't feed kibble and raw together... that totally depends on the dogs.  Mine have cast iron stomachs and it doesn't seem to make a difference.  This is easier for me than having bowls out every day and mixing meals every day.  Kibble days is kibble, scoop of Nutro and water.
